A leading technologist on the emerging mobile enterprise, Timothy has been working on the leading edge of the open, IP-based telecommunications network since 2000.

One of the early Carrier advocates of Session Initiation Protocol and the emerging rich media network it powers today, he helped build the US's first nationwide, converged Class 4 network, the first carrier-grade IP voice peering service and the UK's first Hosted IP Contact Center platform.

Timothy is currently a Senior Technologist for Nokia's Software and Services division, located in Burlington, MA.
